Combine your introduction to stand up paddleboarding with an introduction to SUP yoga. Master standing and balance on water with our SUP Introduction, then get ready to practice downward dog and sun salutations on your SUP with Yorkshire Yogi Kelly. Inclusive and fun day with no experience necessary.
All kit provided including comfortable wetsuits and tops to keep you warm.Based mainly from Ellerton Lake in North Yorkshire with showers,cafe and parking all on site.
A calming but energizing experience of gliding down a river on a SUP with only the sounds of water and birds to keep you company . Danny will guide you down the river also taking food with us, then find a quiet spot to have our SUP yoga with Kelly (Yorkshire Yogi). Starting at Ripon you will paddle to Boroughbridge. On route we will be passing Newby Hall and gardens and you will be taking in some of the stunning scenery and wildlife.
The trip is 11km (7 miles) in length and it approximately takes 5 hours. This adventure starts at Boroughbridge where you will meet Kelly and Danny. You will leave your vehicles and be transported to the start in Ripon. Then be given a safety brief, quality wetsuit top /bottoms, buoyancy aids, dry bag, SUP equipment and then the adventure really begins!
